STRANGE Error messages in System > Log, Please Help

I get many errors in my System > Log also, but mine come from my PCI Scanning Vendor.  It would be a nice feature in nopCommerce if we could add IP addresses somewhere and then anything from these addresses wouldn't be logged.  The way it works now the Log gets so large it is a useless feature to me.  I just go in and clear it out occasionally.

A similar feature for Popular Searches would also be nice since my PCI Scanning Vendor does test all form submissions on the site.  Since nopCommerce catalogs all of their searches trying to look for security flaws the Popular Searches feature is useless to me.

In my log i have a lot of these:

"Padding is invalid and cannot be removed."

Do you guys get a lot of these in your Log, does anybody know why this happens and if it is a "real" problem?

I have this error time to time too in my log.

After a deeper look into in my web log i found follow entry

My guess,
the WebResource.axd should be not be indexed from Alexa anyway so
to solve the problem but the  WebResource.axd  into the robot.txt as Disallow.
