looking for an EDITOR role. An editor should not have the same rights as an ADMIN.
Where to configure the editor role? An editor should be able to enter a product, but should not be able to touch critical admin funktions. How to solve this?

In more details: you should go to Customers -> Customer Roles -> Add new -> Save -> Go to Access control list -> Then Check functions you need editor to do like Admin area. Manage Polls, and others. Click Save when you've done checking them and its ready!
