Changing Logo or other picture but page not showing without doing (Ctrl + F5)

Hi,

I have noticed that whenever I am changing Logo or other picture on my live site (which is under testing) and reload the page again, page does not show updated pic but shows the same old one. When I do (Ctrl + F5), only then the new pic shows up. I have this problem on all browsers including Firefox, IE, Chrome.

Now clients are not aware of (Ctrl + F5) trick, nor should we expect this of them.

I have tried changing some character in web.config file like adding an empty new line, saving it n then reloading again to server but problem is still there.

Anyone with some working solution to this ?
