3.80 is missing 'lang' attribute in '<html>' tag

Hi guys,

I don't know if this was done intentionally, but it would be great to know how to restore this attribute. As a temporary fix, I have just manually added:

<html lang="en">

back into our '_Root.Head.cshtml' file, but I would like the value to be obtained from the framework dynamically. I believe the file that did this was removed with 3.80. Can you add it back please?

Hi Derek,

But previous version also didn't have this attribute (LanguageAttributes.cshtml file)

You got me. I saw it in the 3.80 Beta and thought it had always been there. All the same, it would be great to see this added :) Thank you!

stil dont understand why is the LANG tag missing ?..
whats the reason for that ?

I think it's better to add it if we use multi-languages.
