Shopping cart empty at checkout.

Hello,

Some of my customers using internet explorer have reported their shopping cart going to empty when they try to checkout. Clearing the cache seems to fix this, but many of my customers don't know they need to do this.

Is there any code that can be inserted to automatically clear browser cache when they visit my site?

Ensure that you have a machine key specified in web.config file

I have it there but it was generated on my laptop. I generated a new machine key right in IIS specially for that web-site (so I connected with IIS to the web-hosting/web-site) and today I can see that user had a product in the shopping cart. I'm going to track it during some time...
