Multi-vendor, single vendor access, separate domain and theme

I understand that all this needs custom development, but is it possible to have one nopCommerce website with multiple vendors where these vendors would have their own shop page with their domain and the administration would be isolated from other, only a particular vendor can see its own administration backend?
And can an individual vendor shop apply its own theme?
