Hide Product Price

I am running V3.8 no source

All of my products on my site have variant attributes for pricing. When the Customer views the individual product they select the fabric/size they want which will change the price. However, when you see all of the products in grid mode in their categories they say the price is 0.00. Is there a way to hide this price so that you only see the price when you click on the product?

I did some searching and found these articles from back in 2010. I don't think they apply to my situation though as I do not have the source code and the only file I could find was _productprice.cshtml not the one they referenced (ProductPrice.ascx).

I couldn't find a solution for this, so ended up just putting the base price (cheapest attribute combination possible) into the product's Price field...and in language string resources, I added text to the "Price:" slug, like: "Starting at only "
So, on category pages, in the grid, it shows "Starting at only $4.99" for example.

Another good text idea would be:  "As low as "
