Animated GIF image not supporting

I want to upload an animated gif image as a product picture. But when i upload gif image then animation is not working.

Any solution would be great help.

Hi,

could you check if the image is still a gif, or does it get converted to jpg or png ?

Try to set the "Product detail image size" from the Media settings to 0.
