Looking for Endicia plugin for 3.80

Yes, well....sort of...
The old Endicia plugin for NopC is bad and not ported to newer versions of nopC anyway...
Here's what we did:
Signed up for an account with ShippingEasy.com
They will allow up to 50 shipments per month at no charge.
Configured our Endicia account within that interface so as to qualify for discounted USPS rates.
Obtained the ShippingEasy connector plugin.
Configured the ShippingEasy connector plugin to automatically send all paid orders to ShippingEasy.
Our staff logs into ShippingEasy every morning and prepare shipments/print labels for each order. When they do this in ShippingEasy, it automatically sends the "Shipped" status and tracking number back to our nopC site and updates the orders accordingly...and sends out the ShipmentSent.CustomerNotification messages including the tracking numbers.
Also, we obtained this plugin to be able to automatically check the delivery status of every order with the carrier(shipper) and update the order's shipping status as "Delivered".
