Reward Points settings

Quick questions:
1) how do I limit reward points based on promo codes AND total spent? I.E.
a) promo code ILOVENOPCOMMERCE - total purchase above USD100 = double reward points
b) promo code ILOVENOPCOMMERCE - total purchase above USD300 = triple reward points
c) promo code ILOVENOPCOMMERCE - total purchase above USD1000 = 5 times reward points
d) promo code DONTVOTEFORTRUMP - total purchase above USD500 = triple reward points
e) promo code DONTVOTEFORTRUMP - total purchase above USD1000 = 4 times reward points

2) how do I limit reward points based on promo codes AND purchase date? I.E.  
a) promo code VOTEFORHILLARY - double reward points on weekdays
b) promo code VOTEFORHILLARY - triple reward points every 28th day of the calendar month
c) promo code VOTEFORHILLARY - 5 times reward points on every calendar day with a five (5) i.e 5, 15, 25

Promo codes must be exclusive, i.e. if a customer uses DONTVOTEFORTRUMP promo code, they will only be entitled to the reward points for THAT promo code.
