"Pay In Store" Module throws error when entering configuration

Hello,

I installed the "PAY IN STORE" PAYMENT MODULE (NOPCOMMERCE TEAM) by copying the "Payments.PayInStore" folder, which is within the "nopCommerce 3.80" folder (I am using v3.80) to my "\Plugins" folder on the server.
Then I reloaded the local plugins list and installed it.

It shows the "We're sorry, an internal error occurred." page when I press "configure" in the /Admin/Payment/Methods page.

Error message:

I tried restarting nopCommerce and the server, but it didn´t change anything.

Can somebody help me out with this?

This did not help. Still getting the error page when trying to configure it.

"Touch" the global.asax file in the root folder (just a blank line to the end and save it).

(I assume you copied, from the rar, the Payments.PayInStore folder, and not the Nop.Plugin.Payments.PayInStore folder -  yes?)

I can´t find a global.asax file in the root folder, there´s just Web.config, yes I copied the Payments.PayInStore folder because it´s not source code but the compiled version. Touching the Web.config didn´t help either.

There should be a global.asax file.  It only has this one line in it:

<%@ Application Codebehind="Global.asax.cs" Inherits="Nop.Web.MvcApplication" Language="C#" %>

I only have this file in the source code version, can´t find it in the compiled one.

Something probably went wrong while publishing the source code. Works now
