Vendors - PayPal

We have setup a master PayPal merchant account for the entire site. Is it possible that an individual vendor could use their own unique merchant account rather than our having to write a check to the vendor after the payment has cleared?

Not without customization.  (And, there is no built-in ability to deduct your commission either)
