Over the last few months we have seen the below issue happen twice, but have been unable to reproduce it. Has anyone also seen this issue or have any ideas as to what could be causing the issue or how to reproduce it?
Issue Details:
There is promo code for if you spend $100 you get an item for free. Two orders were placed by the same user about 15 minutes apart. The first order is just for the promo code item. The user was able to purchase the promo code item for free. They were just charged shipping. The second order has a variety of items and is over $100. The user is charged for shipping again. The user should not be able to purchase the promo code item for free in a separate order.
