Where to edit template of e-mail text in non-automated order e-mail

I'm new to Nopcommerce, I'm aware of all the presets in the 'content management' which contain text for automated e-mails and such. However when I send an e-mail using 'orders' (in 'sales') I can enter my own piece of text which then gets followed by a template. It's that template that I need to change but I can't find where. It's definitely not in content management. Thanks for your help in advance.

p.s. Perhaps important and useful, I'm running version 3.50
