Disabling billing address in NOP?

If 50% products are free and rest of the 50% products are paid on a NOP store, how can i disable billing address step for free products?

Why NOP is asking for billing address for products with price $0 at first place?

Yes, you can disable the billing address step.
admin >> Configuration >> Settings >> Order Settings >> Disable "Billing address" step:
