Missing the Basic and Advanced modes bottom

We have updated from 3.7 to 3.8 and we are missing the Advanced/basic bottom.

Does anybody have an idea what the problem might be

Looks like you have old CSS file (styles) loaded. Reset your browser cache (click F5 button)

We had to clear cache in the browser and now it work :)
