Shipping Tracking Number nopCommerce version 3.80

My requirement is that, to add configuration section under admin panel from where i should be able to configure shipping tracking number. My courier agency is willing to provide a wide range of tracking number in advance.

I should be able to import(from excel) it to master table with specified order. When a user creates shipment entry, tracking number should be updated against that shipment from master table.

Is this possible to get this feature done?

If you want to import a list of Id & Tracking Number, then ideally the "Id" should be the Shipment Id, since Orders can have more than one shipment.  In any case, it would require custom development.
