Cart discount addon - my first on Nopcommerce marketplace

Hi everyone! It's a pleasure to be here.

We've been developing nopCommerce solutions for our clients roughly 3 years now and have made numerous plugins in the process. This is the first time I'm putting up one of our plugins on the Marketplace for everyone to use.

As with nearly everything Wherrelz IT Solutions does - the plugin is free to use.

This plugin allows you to set a Discount Requirement based on the Cart Value. The following comparators are supported:

1. Equal to: Exactly equal to the value specified - this is done as Decimal so you're covered if you want a high precision
2. Less than: If the cart value is less than the value stated in the requirement, your discount would "pass" this level of discount requirement
3. Greater than: If the cart value is greater than the value stated in the requirement, your discount would "pass" this level of discount requirement

There's also "Greater Than Or Equal" and "Less Than Or Equal" operations available!
