Filter string resource in nopCommerce 3.8?

Filter string with option in nopCommerce 3.7 is good ("Content", "Is equal to", and "starts with"), but they removed in nopCommerce 3.8.

Hope have a trick to bring this feature to version 3.8.

PS: Tt's hard to just search short string and popular string to translate to new language.

Why do you need it?  (Since there is a search dialog at the top)

Recommended add option search  with "Content, Is equal to, starts with" in text boxes name and value

The new search interface in Locales and Settings but does not help to using faster!
