Visial Studio published solution package missing some dll files

I just started experimenting with nopCommerce and observed that when I published the project from Visual Studio, the following files were not included, but are included in the no-source download. Can someone elaborate on why Visual Studio would not publish these files.

ImageResizer.Plugins.PrettyGifs.dll
Recaptcha.dll
System.Diagnostics.Tracing.dll
System.Runtime.dll
System.Runtime.InteropServices.dll
WebActivator.dll
