multi-suppliers and shopfront workflow

if to create a multi supplier and multi shop front portal, where suppliers can post products all products are displayed on all shops, and admin can see the commissions earned by each sub-domain or shop front owner based on their sales, and how much payments are required for seller against products supplied. integration with courier and shipping agents and payment gateways as standard and suppliers and shop owners can login to their control panel and see their due payments and commissions and suppliers can update products add products update order status etc, with complete reporting and intervention possible for admin. Will wait to hear back, at the moment I have short-listed Magento as Magento have good plugins available to deliver this.

Out of the box, nopCommerce has Vendors (what you are calling suppliers).  However, there is no built-in capability to track commissions and there is a single checkout where the customer can choose only one shipping method and one payment method for the entire cart.  There may be some plugins in the marketplace that can give you some additional features (e.g. PayPal Adaptive Payments plugin would allow splitting a customer payment and paying the vendors and taking out commission for store owner).  Also, you can post a topic in the Commercial Help Wanted forum to see if someone can customize for you.

Thanks for your reply, helpful. I don't want payments to go to vendors directly, payments will come to admin. But if admin can track the sales from each sub-domain owner and pay commissions to the sub-domain owners.. will find in marketplace. thanks
