Developer/designer required

Hi,

We are looking for a developer/designer for our website hout-doe.nl
Website is running for ca. 6 years now. Last year - May 2016 - we upgraded to 3.7 and chose a totally new 'look'.
As you can see on the website, we are a retailer in wooden toys, we own 2 physical shops and the website > at the moment active in the Netherlands and occasionally in Belgium.

Reason we are looking for you is that our current developer will pursue other interests.

We still have various wishes for improvements and amendments on the website.
Eg. website is in Dutch, still some translations need to be done from English to Dutch (front).
Website needs to be improved for smartphone use. The category column on left side of page needs to be removed.
We would like to expand to Belgium: plugin for Belgian Bank payments needs to be added.
We would like to expand to Germany: website needs to be set up in second language German, etc.
Link with Adwords to be set up
etc.

We are NOT looking for an agency that will fully maintain the website incl. hosting etc.

We need a developer/designer who would like to advise us on possibilities within Nopcommerce, execute jobs/upgrades/etc. on an ad hoc basis and with a solid knowledge of the system. Someone we can rely on to keep the website up to date, with own initiatives for improvement proposals. We are based in the Netherlands - Schijndel. It would be nice if you speak Dutch too but this is not a requirement.
