Add to wishlist button - Change button status & icon when item already on wishlist

It would be a great feature to change / update the "Add to wishlist" button to reflect that an item is already include in the wish list. Perhaps the button would say "Added to wishlist" and the icon would be brighter! Also, it would be nice to have another link to the wishlist from the customer profile page.
Have no fear of perfection, you will never reach it.
