Nop 3.8 New topic page seo problem

Hi

I've got a small problem with the seo's new topic page. Even if I write in the seo description form a sentence, in the source page of the shop online is written just the default meta description of the whole site and gwt show me this page as duplicated page of the home page.

Anyone knows how to fix it?
