Installation OK but web site not responding

I've just installed the last 3.8 version of NOP.
All on windows server 2012 R2 and sql server 2014 R2.
It's a VM

I've always "this page can't be displayed" as message of error in IE.

The configuration is stadard with a pool (framework 4), integrate...
The right bindings to test...
An user account and test connection is OK
Folder accessible is OK


I try to install with no-code downloading and yet with Installer 50 as well.
No way, always the same error.


Could you give me a way or an idea to fix that please ?

I think DNS is not needed here because I'm using only server, in local mode, and I test website in IIS.

The main website si available.
But not Nop 3.8

I just found the issue... in the case someone is insteresting.
