NopCommerce doesn't apply discount on category products in shopping cart.

I created a new discount on various categories. When finalizing orders, the customers don't receive any discount.

My shopping cart has a plugin Nop Ajax Cart, I disabled this and checked without this plugin. The result was the same. Does anyone know about this issue?

Can you make sure that the discount does not require coupon code? If you set the discount to requires a coupon code, this means that the customers should explicitly enter it in the "Discount Box" on the Shopping Cart page in order to apply the discount.
