Password Recovery in 3.5 very Buggy

I've just tried to recover my password. Everything works fine.

Just like that, we test on out side and it works. Some clients have been complaining when they click the link, it just redirects them to the homepage.

Can I forward those mails to you?

It cannot happen "sometimes". It can happen only if they:
1. Already changed a password
2. They requested a new password recovery email one more time (a new token is generated in this case)
