Use NOP as catalog - No Prices, No Checkout

Hello everyone,

Is there a catalog only theme out there with no prices, no checkout etc. available? Ideally it would be responsive compatible.

If not can you point me in the right direction to hire someone suited to the job to create one? A link or PM would be fine.
