Exporting to SQL Server 2016

Please clarify "export"?  Do you want to "migrate"?  (If so, then you should be able to do backup / restore)

Yes, I would like to migrate the finished nopcommerce site to sql 2016. I've searched and tried a lot of stuff but It can't do the job. What do I need to do?

If the DB is local, use a tool like SSMS to backup & restore.  If your site is hosted, then the hosting control panel should have similar backup / restore.
