Promotions --> Campaigns - Planned date not saving chosen time.

Good afternoon,

I've run into an issue that I'm stumped on. We're testing out a campaign and we've set the planned date of sending to 30 minutes from around 30 minutes from now (we're setting it to go out at 3pm CST; at least that's our intention).

When we save the template and are returned to the main Promotions --> Campaigns, the time is set to 5pm. If we edit the template again, the planned date of sending on the edit screen now reads 4pm.

I've gone through all of the settings and can't find one that might account for the addition of two hours to the pending date/time parameter.

Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!
