I would like to Publish the site via microsoft azure. But I keep getting the error message:

Error Copying file Scripts\respond.min.js to obj\Release\Package\PackageTmp\Scripts\respond.min.js failed. Could not find file 'Scripts\respond.min.js'. Nop.Web 0

What seems to be the problem?

Not sure with azure, but i was getting same issue with visual studio. so i run the VS as administration and it worked for me.
