A 6.25% tax is set to add to the cart total if the shipping address is in MA (Massachusetts). However, for some reasons I cannot figure out, the tax is zero even when the shipping address is based in MA. I am using NopCommerce 3.8.
While testing, I try to apply taxes to the whole USA and the tax still doesn't calculate.
Any help or idea about this will be greatly appreciated.
