plugin shipping fixed or by weight
Autofac needs to be upgraded
missing from the packages file

But it's updated. Please see this commit details (changes in the Nop.Plugin.Shipping.FixedOrByWeight.csproj file).

P.S. I've just also added a missing record to the packages.config file. Thanks!
