Fixed Rate Shipping - Domestic vs International

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to setup shipping at a flat rate of X dollars for anything inside the US and Y dollars for everything else? And zero dollars for electronic delivery. If there's a plugin that does this, or something simple in V 3.40, I'd appreciate a point in the right direction!

You can use Shipping By Weight to do it.  Two records: make your weight ranges 0 - 9999999, and then select US country for one record, and "*" country for the other.

On those products, uncheck the "Shipping enabled"  (and you probably want to set up the "Downloadable product" section)
