We have landing pages for each of our manufacturers, so that when a user navigates here it displays the products of the current manufacturer.
We have the standard left hand side bar displaying here, which allows the user to click to filter by category (which redirects the the search pages). Currently this just redirects and then discards the manufacture search (i.e. it displays all the products under the category necklaces for example).
What we would like to do here is filter by both the manufacturer and category in this instance. So they click to view the manufacturers products, then when they click the side bar its redirected to the search pages, but also pass across the manufacturer details as well so the filter is on the manufacturer and the category.
Any ideas on the best approach to take for this? Is there a plugin we can use or a simple NOP setting?
We are running Nop 3.70.
