After product discount coupon is applied, discount is not reflected on shopping cart

We are having and issue with the discount. in our website (www.underworks.com) we have this discount product (under10). After discount coupon is applied, the page blink but discount is not reflected on the shopping cart. Page needs to be manually refresh to display the discount on shopping cart.

Does someone has any idea what might be going on on this scenario?

Please make sure "catalogsettings.ignorediscounts" setting is False.

The issue was to chache the product prices. Nopcommerce team recommend not to do it when discount coupons are used.
