Is anyone having issues sending newsletters to their subscribed customers?

We have had this issue in the past where our email server was shut down. Recently are with Everleap and they are telling us they can only accommodate 100 emails per hour.

How are others using the newletter and campaigns feature?

On shared hosts, there is often an add-on service to extend the mail sending capabilities of your site.
For example, at SmarterASP.net, they offer an add-on called:
Sent-Limit  Daily Email Sent Limit to 10000/day(Using Scripts)
It costs $30 per year to send up to 10k emails per day from your website..
You can do the math on it yourself...10,000 emails divided by 24 hours...allows you to send up to 416 emails per hour.

Check with Everleap and see if they offer anything like that.

Once you go beyond that, you'll have to pay a 3rd party mail sending service like ConstantContact or Mailchimp to handle your newsletter.
