How to Custom product attributes?

Hi
I want customize product attributes system.

In admin:
I want can set for each product attribute values:

Can Duplicate (true / false)
Has Number of values ( customer can enter number of this value)



and in Shopping cart:

I don't quite understand what you want, but I guess you can do it with conditional product attributes which will let you display or not a list of attributes depending on the selected options in previous attributes. Watch explanatory video at minute 5:00
