How to add new entries for language pack

Hi guys,

I have installed 3.8 version and Chinese language pack 3.8.

With our default clean theme, I can still find some items are not translated.For example the foot area as below.

Is there any easy way I'm able to add those into language pack or any alternative?

This all are comes form Topic pages, Edit Title of all to Chinese language
