Is there a way to have a button on the product details page for a client to ask a question about the product? I want the email to contain as Subject the Product the enquiry is made on in addition to the client's email and phone number.
Please assist.

There is a plugin that enables a contact form to appear on the product detail page:

And this one is similar..it automatically send the admin the product info the customer is looking at..and whatever options they chose. The button can be changed to say "Contact Us" or whatever..
They also have a newer version that's a little different here:
