Amazons Requires STARTTLS for this to work and I have tried both SSL and Non SSL connections and Port 587 and 25 and 2587 and it does not work gives me an authentication error so I moved onto Office 365.

Using
Host smtp.office365.com
port 587
User and Email address are the same I have have tested the accounts with other tools and still getting this error.
