Error on home and Admin

Hi I get this error when I try to open the homepage:
System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): The controller for path '/shop/shop/it/' was not found or does not implement IController.

And this if I try to open admin area:

Other page works fine.

What I have to do?

Ok problem is related to SSL.

I try to enable SSL but get error.

so come back and changed in store table [SslEnabled] = 0 and store url without "https".

But can't access home and Admin.

I have change also
Configurations-> Settings->General And Miscellaneous Settings -> Security Settings
Force SSL for all site pages: checked

But now i don't know how to come back this option...
