Order details is less than the amount paid for in shopping cart

Hi,

I have an issue during testing where the product I purchase is $30 and I pay that much in the shopping cart but when I view order details it shows $28.95.

As far as I can tell I have no discount or taxes being applied so I'm a bit perplexed?

Any help would be appreciated.

"view order details " - where?  in Admin or as customer?   Do you have multiple currencies?  The admin would see it in the primary currency

As a customer, once payment is complete there is a link.
