'Pickup in store' not charging local tax.

Please help?  When 'Pick up in store' is selected, no tax is being charged.
- 'Tax By Country & State & Zip' set to charge 5.6% tax.
- 'Default tax address (used for tax calculation)' is set to the physical address.
- 'Tax based on' is set to 'Shipping address'.
- The items are in a taxable category.
Any ideas what I'm missing?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge tax based on a pickup point address.

You can view this issue in GitHub. This feature will be included in nopCommerce 3.9.
