I have a client who insists on using 10mb file uploads for his pdfs. Is there a plugin or option that will scale this down to a reasonable size for database storage? Can this be handled in IIS settings, or Nop admin? I know I can modify media settings, but I really want something that will keep these large files from being stored to the database.
