One of our customer said he rest the password twice and after that he wasn't able to log in with the new or old password. Customer was never register in our store, he placed an order as guest customer, but apparently got confused.
The issue is guest customer can reset password, but can not log in.
Any idea how prevent guest customers from resetting password or password reset process convert guest customers into register customer?

you can register guest customer which placed order as guest by clicking on that order then click on "guest" blue link, fill out with customer details, and change customer role from Guest to Registered - SAVE. That order will be assigned to customer. :)

I just want to suggest a plugin that has made things much easier for my site.

This plugin will automatically register all of your guests and generate a password for them. It sends them a welcome email after their purchase and includes their new password. The plugin can be set to automatically convert all new guests to registered...or you can just use the new buttons which let you click and convert any guest into registered with one click.
