Not Granted with Modify Permission Error

Hi,

I don't know a lot about NOP but the website I am managing is run on NOP 1.5. I have 3 sites running on it and all but 1 are woking. The 1 in question is redirecting me to a NOPCommerce Installation page error that says the account is not granted with Modify permission on folder..... Can someone point me on how to fix this?

This is helpful however, I am hosting with GoDaddy and when I right click it doesn't give me those options. I see that everything is checked for the admin under the user permissions but no where does it say "Modify" for me to confirm it is checked or not. Can you advise?
