“An error occurred setting up your cart for PayPal"

Hi I'm running nopcommerce 3.8 and paypal express 1.1 and am receiving the error “An error occurred setting up your cart for PayPal"

I was wondering if someone had a fix? Otherwise I'll duck in tonight and take a look

I'm getting 10439: cpp-header-back-color value exceeds maximum allowable length.

my image is only 190 x 60px

Looks like the header back colour can't have a # in front of it :)
