Plugins No parecen

Buena Noche,
Estoy configurando la autenticación de twitter y g+, ya descargue los plugins y lo coloque en la carpeta de plugins del proyecto, al reiniciar la aplicacion no me muestra los plugins locales para configurarlos.

alguna idea de porque pasa eso o como lo puedo solucionar,
