Shipping by Weight

I am using NopCommerce 3.2 and using the User Guide for this version. I want to ship by weight, but when I go to the Shipping Rate Computation Methods window, the Shipping by Weight row isn't present. I can only see Fixed Rate Shipping or Shipping Director. How can I find this option?

It is a plugin that must be installed/enabled.

Go to >> admin >> Configuration >> Plugins >> and scroll down to the plugins that are related to shipping...
Do you see:
Shipping by weight
Version: 1.37
Author: nopCommerce team
System name: Shipping.ByWeight

If it is already there, then INSTALL it, then enable it.
If not, then you need to go to the marketplace and download it, then upload it to your plugins folder in your website. ..then you can INSTALL it and enable it.
